Indonesia's Sky Aviation has signed a follow-on contract covering the supply of 12 Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft, with deliveries set to start in 2012.
The deal, put together at the MAKS Moscow air show, follows the heads of agreement between the two sides at the Paris air show in June.
Sukhoi said regional operator Sky would be taking the -95B variant of the Superjet. It values the deal at $379 million at list prices.
Sky Aviation director Krisman Tarigan signed the agreement with Sukhoi Civil Aircraft chief Vladimir Prisyazhnyuk.
Prisyazhnyuk said Sky was a start-up carrier for the southeast Asian region.
"No doubt that the operational capacity and superior performance of the Superjet 100 will contribute to the dynamic development of the airline's route network," he added
He said the delivery of the type to the airline would also help give Sukhoi a "confident position" in the area.
Superjet International, the joint-venture marketing arm for the twinjet, has also sealed a tentative maintenance support pact with the airline.
The memorandum of understanding for the SuperCare package covers the 12 aircraft, plus options.
Superjet International will provide customised spare parts availability and equipment repair and overhaul for a period of 10 years, under a per-flight-hour programme.
Tarigan said: "We believe this is the right solution to boost our aircraft availability while minimising costs."
