AFI KLM E&M has signed a contract with Atlas Air for component maintenance for the airline's fleet of Boeing 747-400 aircraft.
The long term contract includes repairs and general component overhauls on a flight hour basis.
The airline has decided to insource more of its maintenance work but will continue working with AFI KLM E&M, says the maintenance provider.
