Universal Avionics has announced the release of UniNet Mobile, a mobile phone application (app) developed for the Android platform. UniNet Mobile provides operators with the ability to wirelessly update their navigation database when it becomes available, thereby eliminating the requirement to fly back to an FBO or home-base to download the data from the internet via a computer.
