Philippine Airlines will suspend its four-times weekly Cebu-Singapore service from 24 March, attributing the move to route rationalisation.

Starting 3 February, the airline will also introduce a fifth-weekly Manila-Guangzhou frequency.

At the same time, it confirmed the launch of a weekly Cebu-Beijing service in November 2017.

FlightGlobal schedules data shows that the airline is the only operator on the Cebu-Beijing route. It also competes with Cebu Pacific, Philippines AirAsia, Scoot and SilkAir on the Cebu-Singapore route.
