Japan's Skymark Airlines has amended its agreement for Airbus A380s, exercising options for another two of the type.

Skymark ordered four A380s earlier this year.

Speaking during an event at the show, Skymark president Shinichi Nishikubo said the A380 gave the airline "strong competitive advantages" in the international market.

Airbus chief operating officer for customers John Leahy said the follow-on deal took Skymark's backlog of A380s to six.
