Aeroports de Paris (ADP), the operator of Charles de Gaulle, Orly and Le Bourget airports, has chosen Credit Agricole and Morgan Stanley to advise it on its forthcoming privatisation. The French government is reviewing the status of ADP with a view to transferring it from state ownership into a limited company, and later opening it to private investment, possibly by spring 2005.
