UK feeds from ASM - Two new feeder services, backed by analysis from UK consultants Airport Strategy & Marketing (ASM), have been launched out of the UK. SwissairExpress is to feed traffic out of London Stansted into its Zurich hub with a BAe 146 while Air France franchise Gill Air will start drawing traffic out of Humberside to Paris Charles de Gaulle in May.

Frills at Stansted - Lufthansa is to begin a service from Frankfurt to London Stansted, setting the lowest fare of its Boeing 737 "full-thrills" product close to that of BA's "no-frills" subsidiary, Go, which also flies between Stansted and Germany.

City Bird in Kinshasa - City Bird has inked a five-year codesharing agreement with Lignes Aeriennes Congolaises between Europe and Kinshasa using LAC flight codes but Citybird aircraft.

Virgin grows in US - Chicago O'Hare is to become Virgin Atlantic's ninth US destination. A daily service using an A340 will be launched out of Heathrow in August, subject to US approval.
