Irish budget carrier Ryanair will open a base at the new Warsaw Modlin Airport when it opens in July.

The airline will launch eight new routes from Warsaw Modlin on 16 July.

It will serve Brussels Charleroi, Budapest, Dublin, London Stansted, Milan-Bergamo, Oslo Rygg, Rome Ciampino and Stockholm Skavsta airports.

These eight new Warsaw routes will deliver 700,000 passengers annually and create up to 700 local jobs at Warsaw Modlin, said Ryanair.
