Aeronautical communications provider Satcom Direct (SD) has been appointed by TAG Aviation UK to incorporate new inflight connectivity services across its high-end business aircraft fleet.

Under the terms of the agreement, SD will provide data and voice technologies throughout the cabins and cockpits of the Farnborough-headquartered business aviation services company’s 34 owned and managed aircraft.

According to Flight Fleets Analyzer, the line-up includes two Airbus ACJ319s, one Boeing 757-200, seven Bombardier Global 6000s, two Dassault Falcon 7Xs, three Falcon 9000s, a Gulfstream G650 and two G550s.

SD says: “Connectivity is a rapidly changing sector, and the arrangement enables the ongoing supply of the latest options and upgrades on a continuous basis to the TAG Aviation UK fleet.”
