Maintenance, repair and overhaul firm Ameco Beijing has signed two contracts with United Airlines and Aeroflot Russian Airlines for maintenance services.
It won a five-year contract for heavy maintenance on United's fleet of Boeing 747 and Boeing 777 aircraft, says the MRO firm.
Before this, Ameco Beijing was already performing heavy maintenance work on United's 777s. That contract ended last year.

The MRO firm also inked a contract to provide C-checks on Aeroflot's four Boeing 767-300ER aircraft.
Ameco Beijing, a joint venture between Air China and Lufthansa, already offers line maintenance services to Aeroflot in Beijing.
