Boeing has added 28 new aircraft to its backlog, including 10 787s from an unidentified customer.
The airframer also received a cancellation for two 777s from an unidentified customer, providing the company with a net gain of 26 orders recorded in 2012.
The 10 unidentified 787 orders result in Boeing growing its backlog for a second week in a row after an order by Air France-KLM for 25 of the widebodies was confirmed in the airframer's final 2011 order update.
In addition, Boeing has added 17 Next Generation 737s for Jet Airways, and a single narrowbody for Virgin Australia to its 2012 orderbook.
