Spanish budget carrier Vueling is to introduce a twice-weekly service between Barcelona and Bordeaux from 15 April.
The launch will complement its three existing connections in France, which include flights to Toulouse, Nice and Paris.
In addition, the airline plans to launch four French routes, including Paris-Rome, Toulouse-Nice, Toulouse-Venice and Prague-Toulouse, says Vueling.
According to the Innovata schedules, the Spanish low-cost carrier will compete with Regional on the Barcelona-Bordeaux route.
