The Xian Aircraft MA600 freighter has completed its first flight at Xian's Yanliang airport.
The 15-minute flight took place on 24 October 2012, and was witnessed by company executives, officials from the Civil Aviation Administration of China and the Shaanxi provincial government, says Xian Aircraft.
The company did not say if it has secured customers for the turboprop aircraft, which is a variant of the MA600 passenger aircraft.
