The Viking Twin Otter DHC-6-400 has made its debut in China, appearing in the ABACE show's static park.

The aircraft is the first example of a 50 aircraft order for China's Reignwood Aviation Group, says Dan Tharp, chief operating office of Viking.

The aircraft at the show is China’s first impored DHC-6-400. It is equipped with 19 passenger seats and has a medivac option. The remaining 49 examples due to Reignwood will be delivered over the next six years.

Reignwood will use the type throughout China for various utility missions including transport and geographical survey work.

Reignwood Aviation Group is involved in four business areas: general aviation operator ones, airport investment, airport industrial zones, MRO, and aviation financing. Its fleet includes private jets, helicopters, and turboprop aircraft.
