The Jet Aviation (stand 7040) Dusseldorf site has completed the first medical evacuation conversion on an Embraer Legacy 600.

The large cabin type can serve as both a medevac aircraft with room for four patients on stretchers and as a VIP charter aircraft accommodating up to 14 passengers,

According to the company, the Legacy 600 can be converted between the two configurations within 24h.

Sebastian Groeger, vice-president and general manager of Jet Aviation Dusseldorf, says: "This major alteration demonstrates our ability to meet or exceed customer expectations for even the most challenging of modifications while ensuring quality and safety."
