India's Kingfisher Airlines has commenced a daily non-stop service on the Chennai-Salem domestic route.
The carrier is operating an ATR 72 on the route, says Kingfisher. The town of Salem is located southwest of Chennai in the province of Tamil Nadu.
Kingfisher is the only carrier operating non-stop service on the route, the carrier says.
