Lockheed Martin unit Derco has announced several new deals, in the defence and commercial arenas.

Three of the contracts relate to Lockheed's defence business. The first is a teaming arrangement with Dutch firm StandardAero to provide support for the Pratt & Whitney F100 engines in the global F-16 fleet.

Another deal will see Derco become the exclusive distributor for all direct commercial sales of loadmaster crashworthy seats aboard C-130 family aircraft. Previously, the crashworthy seats were only available through the US government's Foreign Military Sales mechanism.

The third military contract involves the renewal of Derco's contract to distribute all Lord military products used on board aircraft such as the C-130, P-3 Orion, and Northrop Grumman E-2C airborne early warning & control aircraft.

The civilian announcement covers a contract extension of Derco's cost-per-flight-hour contract with L-100 operator Satair. Under the arrangement, originally signed in 2009, Derco provides aftermarket material and logistics support.
