Bombardier Aviation Services, of Montreal, Canada, has appointed John Gonsalves to the new position of regional director, eastern service sales in north-east America, based in Hartford, Connecticut. Randy Znamenak becomes regional director for western service sales, also a new position, based in Wichita, Kansas.
