Litton Industries it to acquire Denro for $60 million. The deal is subject to US Government approval. Denro, The Washington, DC-based manufacturer of voice and data electronic switching equipment and data recorders for air traffic control had sales of $38 million last year and expected to see that figure rise to $50 million in the next full year of operation. Denro has about 300 employees.
