1900D flap setting

Skyway Airlines, a Midwest Express Connection operator, has become the first airline to modify its Beech 1900Ds with a new, 17 degree flap setting, which increases stability during approach, reduces control problems caused by tailplane icing, increases single-engine safety margins and improves crosswind performance.
