Seattle's Museum of Flight is seeking support for a special weekend event planned for 9 and 10 March to highlight its restoration of a de Havilland Comet Mk 4C. Guests of honour include John Cunningham, former Comet chief test pilot and Peter Duffy, test pilot and author of Comets and Concordes...And Those I Flew Before. The Comet, the only example of its type in North America, is being restored to its original 1959 Mexicana Airlines delivery colours by a team led by Robert Hood.
