Ben Waide has become chairman, chief executive and director of service company, Atlantic Aviation, of Wilmington, Delaware, replacing Stockton Smith, who has resigned. Waide was most recently chief operating officer of a strategic business unit for DuPont, having been director of that company's corporate-aviation department.
