Biman Bangladesh Airlines has issued a fresh tender seeking buyers for its recently retired McDonnell Douglas DC-10-30 aircraft, under an “as is, where it is” condition.

The aircraft bears the registration S2-ACR, and Flightglobal’s Ascend Online Fleets database shows that it is now stored in Dhaka.

The tender is offering two groups of items. One is for the airframe, landing gear and its installed items, including seats, while the other is for the three General Electric CF6-50C2 engines and the auxiliary power unit.

Responses to the tender are due by 11.00 local time in Dhaka on 10 July. An earlier attempt by Biman to dispose of the DC-10 aircraft appears to have failed.
