Chandra delay

Space Shuttle STS93 Columbia, planned for 9 July to deploy the Chandra X-Ray Observatory, has been delayed. NASA wants to postpone until the cause is known of the Boeing Inertial Upper Stage failure on the Titan launch of a DSP satellite.
