James Brown has been promoted to vice-president of parts and service at propeller-system manufacturer Hartzell Propeller, of Piqua, Ohio. He was, most recently, director of the Hartzell Service Center where he was replaced by Jeffrey Slattery. Slattery, with the firm for 16 years, was formerly, superintendent of composites manufacturing.
