Magellan acquires
Canada's Magellan Aerospace has acquired privately held Chicopee Manufacturing, a Boeing supplier based in Kitchener, Ontario. Magellan subsidiaries include Bristol Aerospace, Fleet Industries, Orenda Aerospace, Aeronca and Middleton Aerospace.
