Israel Aircraft Industries plans to conduct airborne test firings of its Lahat laser-guided missile for use against threats including main battle tanks and low-flying helicopters. The weapon will have a range of up to 13km (7nm) when deployed from airborne platforms, including unmanned air vehicles.
