Ozone hole

The European Space Agency says that data from the Global Ozone Monitoring Experiment aboard the ERS-2 show an abnormally low ozone level over north-western Europe. Above the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands and Scandinavia the levels were as low as those normally found over the Antarctic.
