Don Davis has been elected president and chief operating officer of Rockwell International, of Seal Beach, California. He is also named a director, joining Donald Beall, chairman and chief executive, as the second member of Rockwell management on the 14-person board. Davis has served since 1994 as executive vice-president and chief operating officer.
