Sean Nolen has joined transportation-safety company Simula, of Phoenix, Arizona, as vice-president of finance, chief financial officer and treasurer, succeeding Kevin Clark, who has resigned. Nolen was formerly with the Phoenix office of Deloitte & Touche LLP, most recently as senior manager with responsibility for the Simula account.
