Typhoon in from cold

EADS Casa has completed three months of cold weather trials of the Eurofighter Typhoon in northern Sweden to verify the performance of the aircraft and weapons systems in extreme weather conditions. Aircraft IPA4 flew 17 times during the tests in temperatures as low as –31ºC (-23.8ºF).
