Turbomeca is to start joint production of its Arrius 2G helicopter engine with Russian manufacturers Kamov and NPO Saturn. Under an agreement signed last week, the Arrius 2G turboshaft will be used to power the Kamov Ka-115 and Ka-226, with closer co-operation pledged for the future.
