Bangkok boost
New Thai Prime Minister Chuan Leekpai has revived plans to build Nong Ngu Hai airport at Bangkok, with completion now planned by 2003. His predecessor, former PM, Chavalit Yongchaiyudh, had abandoned the project in the face of cost over-runs and delays.
