Donald Strench has been appointed senior vice-president of finance and administration and chief financial officer of BizJet Holdings, the new subsidiary of UAL. Strench's wide ranging responsibilities will include all aspects of financial analysis and planning as well as treasury, accounting, human resources and administration. Before joining BizJet, Strench served as president of Transaction Partners, an aviation-focused management consultancy.
Noell Michaels has also joined BizJet as sales director. He previously served in the same position at Gulfstream Aerospace.
