CDB Aviation Lease Finance will buy up to 12 narrowbody Airbus and Boeing jets from Standard Chartered’s Pembroke Capital unit.

A stock exchange disclosure by CDB Aviation’s parent company, CDB Financial Leasing, shows that it has signed a purchase agreement covering 10 aircraft on 4 December, and intends to conclude deals for the remaining two aircraft in due course.

They are comprised of five Airbus A320s, two A321s and five Boeing 737-800s, however the specific aircraft were not identified in the disclosure, nor was the value of the transaction.

All aircraft are expected to be transferred to CDB Aviation by the end of March 2019.
