Systems supplier United Technologies Hamilton Standard, of Windsor Locks, Connecticut, has appointed Thomas Phillips president of Dynamic Controls HS. With Dynamic Controls since 1975, Phillips was most recently vice-president of engineering and, before that, spent 20 years at General Electric.
