Gemini Air Cargo has emerged from Chapter 11 court-protected bankruptcy protection, after eliminating about $50 million of debt in four months of reorganisation. The Washington Dulles-based wet-lease freighter operator is now owned by Bayside, a Miami-based private investment firm.
