Robert Dumais has been appointed a vice-president of Hughes Aircraft, of Reston, Virginia, and will serve as a senior vice-president of Hughes Information Technology Systems business. He was formerly director of the Imagery System Acquisition and Operations Directorate at the US National Reconnaissance Office.
