If you've always wanted your very own Lockheed Martin F-16 but couldn't afford the multi-million-dollar price tag, fear not. You can now get a much cheaper version, albeit the scaled-down variety, at the Long Prosper Enterprise stand at W782. The Taiwan-based model-making company has a huge selection of display aircraft models that can be bought by the public as well as businesses.
Director of engineering Jimmy Wu says: "The display aircraft are made out of high-gloss plastic and push-fit together, so they take less than five minutes to assemble. This is our first time at the Dubai airshow and our stand is generating a lot of interest. We believe there is potentially a big market for us in the Middle East."
