Bob Kosakoski has been appointed to the new position of programme manager of the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) airborne early-warning and control (AEW&C) programme at Lockheed Martin Aeronautical Systems, in Marietta, Georgia, responsible for developing the C-130J Hercules as an AEW&C platform for the RAAF. Kosakoski was most recently the company's chief engineer for Navy programmes. Bill Bernstein has been named vice-president of Hercules programmes, replacing Howard Burnette, who retired on 31 July. Bernstein was formerly vice-president of C-130 production.
