The US General Accounting Office says there are good reasons to extend exemption authority to American International Cargo, which along with Aloha Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines, moves cargo in Hawaii using noisy Stage 2 aircraft. The exemption, due to expire on 30 September, allows for inter-island "turnaround" cargo services using the aircraft.
