Northrop Grumman has promoted three executives at its Commercial Aircraft division. Bill McKenna has become vice-president and site manager of the division's site in Milledgeville, Georgia; Tom Risley is now vice-president and integrated-product team (IPT) leader for empennage programmes, based in Dallas, Texas; and Mark Tucker has been appointed vice-president, deputy IPT leader and site manager of the division's Aircraft Doors Center in Perry, Georgia.
