Paul Kuhn has been elected chairman of US helicopter giant Kaman. He succeeds founder Charles Kaman, who did not stand for re-election due to health problems. Werner Kaltenegger is to succeed Peter Ibbeken as managing director of German missiles company LFK, while retaining his position as MD of TDW, which LFK part-owns. LFK, controlled by EADS and Matra BAe Dynamics, is ultimately expected to be folded into the latter. Boeing has appointed Randy Brinkley as the new president of Boeing Satellite Systems (BSS). He was previously senior vice president programmes with BSS. Ross McInnes has replaced Alain Hagelauer as senior VP and chief financial officer of Thales. He was previously deputy CFO. Lufthansa VP sales and services, northern and eastern Europe, Ulrich Wachter, has been made VP sales and services Europe, responsible for the continent, excluding Germany. Thomas Culligan is the new executive VP, business development, and president of Raytheon International. He succeeds Kenneth Dahlberg, who has left to become executive VP in charge of General Dynamics' Information Systems and Technology group. Timothy Oliver joins Raytheon as VP investor relations, from Honeywell International, while Tamara Christen leaves to join aviation inventory specialist Kellstrom Industries as senior VP marketing. Business jet specialist Galaxy Aerospace has appointed Jeffrey Ehlers as VP finance and chief financial officer. Paul Kehoe has become MD of London Luton airport following its sale by Barclays to airport operators TBI and Bechtel. George Gonzalez has become VP of Bombardier Aerospace's Business Aviation Services network. He is responsible for its operational and financial performance. Rebekah Nottingham has been named VP business development for information and electronic warfare systems at BAE Systems North America.
