Raytheon
Dan Smartt has been named vice-president - treasurer and president at aircraft manufacturer Raytheon's Beech Acceptance, of Wichita, Kansas. Ken Tomoda becomes vice-president - controller. Smartt was formerly president of Raytheon Aircraft subsidiary Travel Air Insurance. Tomoda has held financial positions with Raytheon divisions.
