Air Macau has launched twice-weekly scheduled services to Singapore using Airbus A320s. It also plans services to Chongqing, Xian and Zhangjiajie in China, and dedicated cargo services to Taipei in Taiwan.

KLM has begun twice-weekly services from Amsterdam to Abuja, Nigeria, using a Boeing 767-300ER. This will allow it to fly directly to Abidjan, Ivory Coast thrice-weekly in its winter schedule. It is also introducing a thrice-weekly Boeing 747 Combi flight to Toronto and a full-freighter service to Budapest thrice-weekly, and is adding frequencies to Johannesburg, New York and Tokyo.

VLM Airlines will increase frequencies from Antwerp and Rotterdam to London City and Manchester on 9 September. The twice-daily through services to Manchester via London City Airport will be increased by three flights to City from Antwerp, and four from Rotterdam. Return flights from Manchester via City will increase from two to five daily.
