Sempati to float

Indonesian regional carrier, Sempati Air Transport, will be publicly listed before the end of the year, according to chairman, Hutomo Mandala Putra. Floating the privately owned carrier is expected to raise around 500 billion rupiah ($220 million), which will be used to purchase new aircraft and reduce debt.
