Swiss chefs
Swissair has taken a 51 per cent stake in a new catering logistics company, Airlogo, and plans to coordinate activities with those of its catering subsidiary Gate Gourmet. The other shareholders are Swiss forwarders Kühne & Nagel and the German on-board service products supplier Günter.
