Production aircraft MSN13 completed its acceptance flight at Airbus’s San Pablo production site in Seville, Spain on 22 December, the company announced via Twitter. The transfer follows that of the first Turkish air force example to Kayseri in April 2014.

The latest delivery means Airbus has now delivered a total of 10 A400Ms to four customers. France accepted its sixth example on 12 December, while the air forces of Germany and the UK each received their first examples in recent weeks.

A total of 174 A400M Atlas transports are on order for the nations, plus launch partners Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain and export customer Malaysia. Kuala Lumpur is due to take delivery of its first of four aircraft – MSN22 – in the first quarter of 2015.
