Unisource Satellite Services, based in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, has appointed André van Baarle managing director and chairman of its affiliated companies in Europe. He was formerly director of corporate business implementation and, before that, held senior positions at Dutch multi-national company Philips Electronics.
