WAAS widens
Raytheon Systems is to install two satellite navigation testbed reference stations in Chile to support evaluation of the Wide Area Augmentation System (WAAS). The reference stations will be the first of their kind to be installed in South America and are expected to be linked to the USA's WAAS testbed.
